A Third party seller (3P) is a term used by Amazon to describe independent sellers who offer merchandise for sale via Amazon. The goods are ordered the same way as a regular Amazon order but are not being supplied directly from Amazon, but from the independent seller. They are also referred to as a Marketplace Seller. Payment is made to Amazon who then pass this onto the seller.
