This command takes a screenshot or ‘picture’ of the full screen so that you can either print it out or paste it into a document.

On Windows devices most keyboards have a ‘print screen’ button. After pressing this you will need to paste (using the above command) into a word document so that it can be printed or saved. On Mac devices, and screenshots will be automatically saved to the desktop.

Use the print screen button (usually located in the top right corner of the keyboard), this will take a screenshot of the entire screen. Windows + Shift + S will let you take a screenshot of a small portion of your screen.	Shift + Command + 3 will take a screenshot of the entire screen. Shift + Command + 4 will let you take a screenshot of a small portion of your screen.
